I am really sorry for my previous incorrect review. Ironman 4x4 are working with us fix our problem very professionally.

Excellent service from Tom and the crew. Had a roof conversion done here, not only did they do a grade A job, but in the process did a bunch of extra work fixing a dodgy rust repair job in the roof line. Cant recommend these guys enough.

Unexpected Service Level - despite the fact that we came with a European Car and Alucab Roof Conversion from there, they replaced a defective hinge rubber sealing under warranty. 4 hrs of work, looks better than new and was done in time. And while they where doing so, they sent me to a nearby coffee shop to enjoy a coffee while they are doing the job. The first time we regret not doing the roof conversion over here with Tom‘s team. Thanks guys, well done!

Great helpful service and good priced products.

Ordered a rear bar parts told me it would be here in a week, waited a week didn't get a call. I called the next day and they said it wasn't there yet and will have to wait another week. Waited another week didn't call me. I called back the next day only to be told that they dont have an order number under my name. So we made another order and got told it will be here next week. Got a call a week later saying they have received the rear bar. I went in that Saturday, paid for it. Waited out front for 20 minutes just for the manager to come say its not here. Had to wait 6+ days for my money to get back to me. Ordered a rear bar from another branch and received the wrong rear bar. From my experience i love the product but the service was appalling.

An excellent visit. The people working here are very knowledgeable and polite. Excellent service from staff.The products I have purchased over the years have lasted the test and time.

I'm a 4WD newbie and I have previously seen the reputed Ironman 4x4 name in 4x4 articles. I discovered the Canning Vale store for the first time after TJM Kewdale was closed for the day for stock take. Ironman was able to supply my needs and will be my closer-to-home go-to store for parts they carry. Maybe a bit less range than some stores and higher prices but quality looks good. However no instructions for the hi-lift jack and only brief on the package for the puncture repair process. The price premium should cover thorough hardcopy operating and safety instructions.

Had some issues with a product, but the customer service, especially from Tom L have been A+. All products have the potential to have issues, but it's how a business resolves the issue which keeps customers coming back. Would not hesitate to shop here again.

Had a new Bull Bar put on the old Prado after an accident. Very friendly, old fashioned, service provided by Nichole and her crew. A very good experience all round.
