Terrible Service, they returned my Mercedes to me broken and then didn't repair what they had broken properly, after making me wait an additional month. My car is still not fixed five months later. Strongly advise NOT using this company they are over priced for a very poor quality of service.

Car has been repaired return to me wid dent .. every time whn i speak to repairer they are saying head light from left side need to replace ..but not replaced next back side black silver strip coming out from one side… i m not sure this repair actually new parts or not he did doggy job on my new . Car

We took our Sprinter in for panel beating. They didn't complete the job. The underside of the damaged door was left unpainted, exposing it to rust. On top of this, they broke a clip securing the tubing covering the cabling on the door and didn't say anything to us about it.We found them difficult to deal with, inefficient and impatient.They did give us a courtesy car. Nevertheless, we feel it's not worth using their service.

The car needed panel beating after a bingle with a power pole. It started at the tail light and ran through 3 panels. Can't fault the panel work, but they didn't replace the tail light and gave it back to us. There lack of attention to detail has made us have to bring the car back, the gentleman involved wasn't particularly pleasant, and now we'll have to go back a 3rd time to get the tail light installed. Frustrating.

Phil, Brooke and the talented team at Stuttgart Autos did a fantastic job on my 1972 MGB. Some ratbag had put a dent in the boot, and I picked the car up today after the team’s work was complete.The damage is completely undetectable and the colour match they achieved with the new paint was outstanding particularly given the cars age.I can highly recommend Phil and his team - they do an exceptional job in a short space of time at a very competitive price!

Needed an insurance repair on My beautiful black Mercedes coupe - i insisted to my insurance company that I go to Stuttgart rather than generic repairer as I was a bit nervous about the colour matching - when I got the car back i was not disappointed as it was perfect and valeted. Staff were great and thank you to Klaus the Autobody Manager for a fantastic repair :-)

If you truly want your car ruined come here. Jason Edlinger (owner) cares not one jot about you, your vehicle or his staff. This place is truly a disaster. Your service will be done by a “Mercedes mechanic” aka unsupervised work-experience novice. Do your car a favour and go to a proper Mercedes garage.

Avoid this place at all costsI dropped my new Mercedes sedan off at Stuttgart Auto to have a small dent a door fixed and a small amount of damage to the rims of my wheel repaired in late February this year.When I picked up my car and driving it home, I noticed the front of the car was covered in red dirt, and a strange resin substance splattered on the windscreen. Upon further inspection of the car when I got home, I noticed significant damage to 2 of the wheel rims that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off (pictures attached). I went back to Stuttgart to ask what happened, and the mechanic acted belligerently stating that they weren’t at fault, and didn’t know how it could happen. Because I have dashcams installed, I checked the footage and there were multiple instances where employees of Stuttgart (including the mechanic I first talked to) were speeding in my car at up to 20km over the limit in residential areas (going between the 2 offices), mounting kerbs, and going over the top of round-abouts instead of around. I took this up with the manager, Jason Edlinger, and he offered no apology, just “acknowledged the inconvenience”, and offered to fix the issue. I also sent the footage to my insurer, who said that the behaviour demonstrated by Stuttgart was not appropriate, and that all repairs would be made free of charge due to the treatment of the vehicle by Stuttgart. Stuttgart ended up fixing the damage caused and detailing the car – but I will never go back there again, as I don’t trust them to adequately care for my car given the reckless way it was driven, the poor condition it was delivered back to me (coated in red dust and a resin-like substance over the windscreen I had to scrub off), the lack of apology or even acceptance of any liability, and the flagrant abuse of a customer’s trust.It’s extremely disappointing that a company associated with Mercedes can offer such a poor customer experience where you pick up your car with more damage than when you dropped it off.

Highly recommend this place for your Mercedes needs. The staff did a brilliant job on my major service which was overdue on the AMG and they even went above & beyond with a free loan car, a AMG Keyring.Those little extras/complimentary things go a long way these days. Unlike the big car mobs down the road who treat like a number in the cog, the owner at Stuttgart's I think his name is Jason has that good old fashion customer driven service you expect & his authorised Mercedes parts workshop is one professionally runned outfit.
