Great experience with this store. Listened to what I needed, happily kept my car longer than what originally was said, and fixed the issue. Both men who served me were polite and helpful

Highly recommend Autobahn Armadale. They were absolutely amazing, so professional and friendly. I can't thank Lachlan and the team enough. Definitely the best service I've experienced. This will be the only place I bring my car from now on.

The Team are genuinely helpful, honest, friendly and reliable.I gave them a call about an issue I was having with my car after being repaired else where and I thought possible bearing issue.They said bring the car down leave it with us and we will diagnose it and let you know what the issues is.It truned out it was a very minor issue with improper installation of the clips on the break pads.They corrected the issue with the clips, checked over the car and called me back with in an hour and a half.I can not recommended these guys highly enough!They show true integrity in their ability to carry out their work, run the business and provide customer service in such a way that will ensure they will get return business from the way they look after their customers.Awesome work guys, very much appreciated!

Amazing service and very friendly!!My husband stopped in yesterday afternoon to see if they were able to fix the puncture in my tyre. It was 20 minutes before closing time, they took my tyre and we were thinking that we would have to pick it up the following day but they had repaired it within 5 minutes!!!Thank you!!

Efficient, affordable and very friendly team! They got the right car battery for our car then helped us to install it. It was an emergency since our car wouldn't start, but it was raining before and Supercheap Auto wouldn't install it for us. So we were super grateful for their help, they went above and beyond!

I had the most wired experience today shopping for an item. The sales person seemed disconnected from reality. I only received single syllable answers to questions I asked about a product I was intending to purchase. It seemed that he was disinterested and not willing to help. I got the hell out of there as fast as I could. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Very happy with the service. Staff were friendly, polite and happy to help. I ordered a non standard item and knew I had to wait a little while for it to arrive. I called up after a week and a young lady said she would follow it up on Monday morning. True to her word she called me and explained why it hadn't arrived and would rectify it straight away. The very next day I received a call and it was ready to be collected. Amazing service.

Was going to purchase a $670 dashcam which I needed urgently. Went down to the store on the 27/12/22 at 8.30am. Website and Facebook indicated the store was open on that day and time, other people were also waiting there too. Waited for half an hour, store was still not open. Phoned the store several times with no answer.Never going back to this store ever again and would not recommend this store after this.In this day and age there is no excuse for your website not to be updated with the correct opening hours.In the end I went to Supercheap Auto and ended buying what I needed with no fuss.
